(누리일보) 주한외국기업연합회 KOFA (대표, 김종철)은 여의도에 위치한 IFC 16층에서 주한네델란드상공회의소와 인베스트서울과 함께 공동으로 주최한 2025 네델란드 경제사절단 런치 네트워킹행사를 성공적으로 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사는 AI , 스마트 팩토링 관련 산업 17개 기업의 오너로 구성된 주한네델란드 경제사절단과 관련산업 한국기업들이 참여했다.
인베스트서울 담당자가 서울시가 외국인투자기업 설립시 제공하는 인센티브들과 서울시의 매력적인 외국인투자환경등에 대한 소개발표를 시작으로 하고 참가한 각 기업들에 대한 소개의 시간 및 자유로운 런치 네트워킹의 시간을 가졌다.
주한외국기업연합회 KOFA (대표, 김종철)는 올해로 두번째 진행된 네델란드 경제사절단 행사로서 특히 올해부터는 인베스트서울과 함께하게되어 매우 뜻깊었고 매년 두기관과 함께 서울시의 외국인기업투자유치 활동에 성과를 낼수 있도록 노력하겠다고 밝혔다.
한편 주한외국기업연합회 KOFA는 한국에 진출한 외국인투자기업의 대표이사들로 구성된 산업통상자원부 소관 (사)주한글로벌기업대표이사협회 GCEO와 주한외국인투자기업의 인사담당 임원 및 실무팀장들로 구성된 고용노동부 소관 (사)주한외국기업인사관리자협회 와 서울특별시 소관 (사)주한외국기업상공연합회를 운영하고 있으며 주한외국상공회의소들과 긴밀한 협력관계를 하고있다.
현재 약 600여개 회원사 네트워크를 보유하고 있고 산업통상자원부 및 고용노동부 와 서울시, 경기도 등의 지자체 정부조직과 긴밀한 소통 창구의 역할을 하며 17,000 여개 주한외국인투자기업의 경영정보제공과 각종 실태조사 및 연구.조사 등을 통하여 외국인투자기업의 경영자들과 정부의 가교 역할을 하는 기관이다.
또한 KOFA는 매년 서울시 소재 대학 및 전국 권역별 대학들과 연대하여 청년고용촉진을 위하여 대학별 캠퍼스 리쿠르팅 , 외국인투자기업 , 글로벌기업 취업박람회등을 공동주관 해오고 있고 매년 주한외국기업 및 글로벌기업들의 인사담당들이 직접 참여하는 급여 서베이 및 복리후생 실태조사를 담고 있으며 17,000여 주한외국기업들의 상세한 정보를 매년 업데이트 하고 그외 각종 인사.노무 ,세무,마케팅등의 고급경영자료들을 한국지사장들 과 인사당담 임원들에게 제공 하고 있다.

KOFA (CEO, Kim Jong Cheol) of the Korea Foreign Enterprises Association said it successfully held the 2025 Dutch Economic delegation Launch Networking Event jointly hosted by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Invest Seoul on the 16th floor of the IFC located in Yeouido.
The event was attended by the Dutch economic delegation in Korea, which consists of owners of 17 companies in AI and smart factoring industries, and Korean companies in related industries.
The Invest Seoul representative started by presenting the incentives provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government when establishing a foreign investment company and the Seoul Metropolitan Government's attractive foreign investment environment
Each participating company had time to introduce itself and free lunch networking.
KOFA (CEO, Kim Jong Cheol) announced that it was very meaningful to be with Invest Seoul from this year as the second Dutch economic delegation event this year, and that it will work with the two organizations to achieve results in Seoul's foreign investment attraction activities every year.
Korea Foreign Enterprise Association [KOFA] is a commerce chamber of foreign enterprises in Korea that was established in October 1999 as a community. KOFA operates two non-profit corporations.
KOFA Global Enterprise CEO Association [KOFA GCEO] is an organization composed of CEOs of foreign enterprises in Korea and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy.
Korea Foreign Enterprise HR Association [KOFA HR] is an organization composed of HR executives and team leaders of foreign enterprises in Korea and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
KOFA currently has a network of about 600 member companies and serves as a close communication channel with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the Ministry of Employment and Labor, and local government organizations such as Seoul and Gyeonggi-do.
It also serves as a bridge between managers of foreign investment companies and the government by providing management information on more than 17,000 foreign investment companies in Korea and conducting various surveys and research & investigation.
In addition, every year, it has been co-organizing campus recruitment by university and foreign investment company and global enterprise job fairs to promote youth employment in cooperation with universities in Seoul and other regions of the country.
